FRANK J. “COOKIE”; September 10, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Rosemarie (nee Ruggieri). Devoted father of Denise (Bruce) Valley, John (Amy) Sacco and Michael (Danielle) Sacco. Pop of John Jr., Adrianna, Peyton, Hailey, Heaven and Kevin. Brother in law of Cheryl (Nick) Nichols. Also survived by his loving nieces and nephews. Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103
