For those who don't know I am Carmens daughter. My cousin Pattie and dad were born the same year. They were inseparable growing up together. When life took a turn for my dad, she became his protector and advocate, while also making sure I felt supported every step of the way through his challenges. She was always there and showed up in his honor when he couldn't. I will always admire and adore her for all she has done. She was one of a kind and a true warrior in life. Ironically she has passed the same month as my dad and now they are both celebrating their recent 70th bdays together in peace. You'll always hold a special place in my heart, Pattie. ❤️
