Condolence: We too were so proud to call Richie our neighbor. Richie provided constant sunlight to our block. We will all feel such a tremendous hole with him gone. My girls adored Richie.

It was a pleasure to meet with his family and dear friends (as much as I wish it had been under different circumstances) and hope that we can keep in touch. Maybe we can plan a stop in NJ when the corn is ready; Richie was always sure to bring us a few ears after his visits. My heart is with all of you grieving.

Condolence: Richard was our neighbor, our good friend and we considered him part of our family. He came over every Tuesday morning for coffee with Gloria (another neighbor). He loved my son Elias, who is 4, and Elias loved him as well. He came so regularly on Tuesdays that Elias named that day "Richard and Gloria day". Richard was always happy and loving and full of great stories. He spread joy to our lives. We had the privilege of watching the Eagles win the Super Bowl together! He had such fun and was so happy.
We loved him dearly and offer our deepest condolences to his daughter Stephanie, his siblings and his dear friends Sandra and Ronnie.
